How we use your Gmail account

When a TSH client connects their Gmail account, we ask for two permissions. We're transparent about exactly what they power.

gmail.send

Sends the client's outreach emails to hiring managers from their own Gmail address, so replies go back to the client and not to TSH. Every email is reviewed by staff before it goes out.

gmail.readonly

Detects bounce-back and auto-reply messages so we can pause campaigns before they damage the client's sender reputation. We never read normal inbound mail and never store message bodies.
